Perfectly Equipped for All Challenges
Machine Park
We have 26 injection molding machines (electric and hydraulic), including pick-and-place robots, with a clamping force of 18 to 160 tons and a maximum shot weight of approximately 250 g per part. Almost all of our machines are equipped with handling systems and connected to a pneumatic conveying system, which dries the material automatically and transports it via piping to its destination.
The average age of the machines is 5 years, keeping us up-to-date with current technology. Continuous reinvestment in the newest available technology allows us to remain price-competitive and ensures technological advancement. We process almost all thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers. We have particular experience in injection-molding sight glasses.
