In-House Production
With the help of state-of-the-art technology and our own CNC machines, we are able to quickly and efficiently produce molds for various injection molding processes from aluminum billets, aluminum castings, and sheet steel. Thanks to direct access, rapid corrections and modifications are possible, ensuring the highest standards for our customers. To meet the demands of our clients, we also develop our own special-purpose machines, as well as lathes, boring machines, milling machines, and fixtures for assembly and further processing within our facility.

Design
With Cimatron E, we have a CAD/CAM solution that offers special functions specifically for toolmaking (mold technology). Cooling, demolding, undercuts, manufacturability, and a change manager ensure perfect molds. The CAD data is transmitted directly to our CNC-controlled machines. This feature allows problems to be identified in time and resolved immediately. In this way, a stable design process and rapid delivery of precision tools to the injection molder are guaranteed.

Toolmaking
Whether in cars, furniture, or electrical devices, plastic injection-molded parts are found everywhere today. Each of these parts requires a unique injection mold, which our expert mold and machine builders design and manufacture.
